Jonesy’s review: You will not be disappointed!! It’s the best Rose I have ever tasted. Please don’t be put off by the darker colour, it’s fresh, crisp and bloody lovely in the summer!

Wine making: The grapes are harvested just before full maturation, to ensure a good acidity and freshness. The winemaking is “in white” after a short cryomaceration in the press. Following this, the static cold settling of the must flower is carried out for 24 hours at 5° C in order to obtain a clarification and a natural clearness of the wine. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 13-15° C in steel containers. The wine is then stored at 8-10° C for 2-3 months until bottling.

Tasting notes: Pink rose petal is fine and delicate with floral notes that blend with ample aromas of fresh fruit such as cherry and strawberry. In the mouth, it is very fresh and of good structure with hints of cherry, strawberry, yellow plum and mango; sapid with long persistence, balanced and harmonious.

From the colour pink crystalline, harmonious, floral, of great elegance and with its sensational delicacy gives unique, indescribable emotions. Love at first sight.
