Jonesy’s review: Cannonau benefits from long ageing, if you can hold off from drinking it, which is difficult because it’s great to drink now too! Excellent with red meat and cheese.

Wine making: Following a long fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is transferred to oak barrels, where it spends eight months. Then finished in its wine bottle.

A mix of spices and vanilla aftertaste embodies the dry and velvety qualities on the palate.
