Jonesy’s review: Cannonau benefits from long ageing, if you can hold off from drinking it, which is difficult because it’s great to drink now too! Excellent with red meat and cheese.

Wine making: Cold maceration for 2 days and traditional maceration for 8-10 days in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 24-26 celsius.

Bright garnet colour, with an intense, persistent and full flavour .
